Kounsar Construction Company (KCC) was established to provide reliable, high-quality construction services across Jammu & Kashmir. We bring together qualified civil engineers, site supervisors, and skilled tradespeople with modern machinery and a structured, documented approach to project management — from the first site survey to final handover.
We work across residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects, for both individual homeowners and government departments. Every project is planned against approved drawings and specifications, resourced against a realistic schedule, and supervised on site by qualified engineering staff — not left to run itself once work begins.
Quality control is built into every stage: material inspection on arrival, stage-wise checks during construction (including concrete and reinforcement testing where required), and a final inspection before handover, with each step documented. Safety follows the same discipline — PPE is mandatory on every site, and our HSE practices cover everything from emergency preparedness to environmental measures like dust suppression and waste management.
We prioritise recruiting locally within Jammu & Kashmir wherever possible, and we invest in ongoing training — covering construction safety, machinery operation, and quality procedures — so the people on our sites are as accountable as the drawings they're building from.
